ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
GRAMA SABHA
The general assembly of the people of the Panchayat. It is a democratic platform where development projects, public needs, and welfare activities are discussed and decisions and recommendations are made.
PRESIDENT
The chief administrative authority of the Panchayat. The President leads development activities and administrative procedures and presides over the meetings of the Gram Panchayat Committee.
VICE PRESIDENT
Assists the President in administrative activities and performs the administrative responsibilities in the absence of the President.
DEVELOPMENT STANDING COMMITTEE
Implements the development projects of the Panchayat with the aim of promoting public welfare and developing basic infrastructure.
FINANCE STANDING COMMITTEE
A committee responsible for managing the Panchayat’s revenue and expenditure, including budget planning.
HEALTH AND EDUCATION STANDING COMMITTEE
A standing committee responsible for planning and implementing health and education activities.
WELFARE STANDING COMMITTEE
A committee responsible for implementing public welfare schemes, with a focus on social security and welfare activities.
PANCHAYAT SECRETARY
The key official responsible for coordinating office operations, file procedures, and administrative functions.
